Not satisfied

Basically there are so many people in one class.
It means I had less opportunity to speak.

They have English Policy at school but it didn't work at all.
During lunch time, many students, especially Asian use their mother tongue.
Same as break time and after school.

School devide students into 5 levels.
Levels are just judged by the entrance exam and interview.
Once they decide my level is upper-intermediate I take all the classes in upper-intermediate class even if some skills are higher or lower than that.
It's not fair.
Some people are good in speaking and others are not and vice versa in reading or grammar.
But we are in the same class, so some might feel too difficult and others might feel too easy.
In speaking class, teachers didn't work hard to let students speak.
Sometimes they just let us watch movie or play games.
It's not worth paying.

At last, they have graduation ceremony and level check test every Friday.
Is the graduation more important than not having classes?
Students are paying for classes, not for graduation ceremony.
